Choc Oat Cookies

Ingredients:
125g butter, softened
100g dark brown sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract (the good stuff)
3/4 block (150g) of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp bi carb soda
1/4tsp sea salt
3/4C flour
1 1/2C rolled oats  Method:
Preheat oven to 160
Cream the sugar and butter together, then beat in the egg and vanilla
Mix through the chocolate
Sift in the flour, cinnamon, salt and bi carb
Add the oats, give it a good mix
Roll into tablespoon sized balls
Flatten on the tray and bake for about 10 min
Makes about 18
